I consider myself to be someone deeply committed to uncovering the truths that lie beneath the surface of our everyday experiences. This passion for exploration and understanding led me to the field of therapy, where my goal is to help others unearth their own truths and live with greater authenticity and self-awareness.

 

Throughout my professional journey, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from all walks of life and professions. I’ve provided a broad range of care, offering both individual and group psychotherapy services tailored to each client’s unique needs.

 

Over time, my work naturally evolved to supporting other helping and public service professionals as they navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, communication, relationships, and major life transitions. 

 

My approach is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and a belief that meaningful growth happens when we are willing to dig beneath the surface and face what we discover with compassion and courage.
